The review-then-send workflow
On the Founder and Pro plans, every draft Klaus writes lands in Unibox next to the reply it's responding to. You read it, edit if it needs a tweak, and send it yourself, same as approving a message a teammate drafted for you. On Pro, you have the option to let Klaus send automatically once you've seen enough of its drafts to trust it, which is a deliberate switch you flip, not the default behavior. Either way, a human decision sits between the draft and the send in the workflow as built. Klaus is closing the gap between a reply arriving and a response going out. It isn't running the conversation on its own.
